MadCasino Payments from New Zealand
MadCasino shows Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and other crypto; POLi and other New Zealand bank-payment services are not among the logos. Deposits usually land within minutes. Withdrawals start at €100, are capped at €1,000 a day and €10,000 a month, and normally take up to three banking days after a KYC check with a selfie. Limits are published in euro; with an NZD account, check the figures in the cashier.
NZD or Euro: What We Know
The terms say the account currencies on offer depend on the country you register from, but whether New Zealand dollars are among them was not confirmed. The casino has not published its minimum withdrawal, daily cap or bonus amounts in NZD, and we have not seen a cashier opened from New Zealand. Every figure on this page is therefore the euro amount from the casino's terms.
NZD account: rely on the amounts the cashier shows you, not on a conversion of the euro figures. EUR account: your bank converts each deposit and withdrawal and may charge a foreign transaction fee, and the exchange rate moves between the day you deposit and the day you cash out.
Methods Shown on the Site
Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Bitcoin appear on the home page banner, with American Express and other coins in the footer; e-wallets and bank transfer are named in the FAQ. Which of these you actually get depends on your country and account currency, so the logged-in cashier may show fewer.
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Min deposit | Min withdrawal | Fees |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Visa / Mastercard | Instant or a few minutes | Not confirmed for cards | Shown in cashier | Not stated | No casino fee; bank conversion fee on an EUR account |
| American Express | Instant or a few minutes | Not confirmed | Shown in cashier | Not stated | No casino fee |
| Apple Pay | Instant or a few minutes | Not confirmed | Shown in cashier | Not stated | No casino fee |
| Bitcoin and other crypto | Instant or a few minutes | Usually up to 3 banking days | Shown in cashier | €100 | Network fees possible |
| E-wallets | Instant or a few minutes | Usually up to 3 banking days | Shown in cashier | €100 | No casino fee |
| Bank transfer | Depends on the bank | Usually up to 3 banking days | Shown in cashier | €100 | Bank fees possible |
Many New Zealand banks let customers switch on a gambling block for their cards. If you have done that, a card deposit to MadCasino will be declined, which is the block doing its job.
Verification Before Your First Cash-Out
Full KYC is compulsory for any withdrawal, once lifetime deposits pass €2,000, or when a transaction looks unusual. Checks come in three depths, simplified, standard and enhanced due diligence, scaled to the risk and the sums involved.
What to upload
- A passport or photo NZ driver licence, valid for at least three more months
- A selfie holding the same document, photo and number readable
- A bank statement or utility bill from the last three months
- Further documents if asked, for example proof of your payment method
Why checks fail
- The name on the documents differs from the account name
- The ID expires within three months
- The proof of address is older than three months
- An address or document from a restricted country, such as Australia
- The selfie shows a different document from the one uploaded
Reviews normally take about 48 hours after everything is submitted. If verification fails, the reason is logged and a support ticket explains it. Ignore an AML query for 30 days and the account may be closed.
Taking Money Out, in Order
- Clear or cancel any running bonus first, because neither bonus funds nor what they win can leave the account until wagering is done.
- Make sure your total bets at least equal your last deposit.
- Have your KYC approved.
- Open the cashier, choose a method and enter an amount between the minimum and the daily cap shown.
- Wait for processing, usually up to three banking days, without cancelling and resubmitting.
Payouts normally return to the method you deposited with. Under the AML rules, a different payout method needs supporting documents, and nothing is paid to third-party accounts. A cancelled withdrawal goes back to your balance.
Limits from the Terms
| Rule | Value (EUR, as published) | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal (bank, e-wallet, crypto) | €100 or equivalent | Terms 6.13 |
| Maximum withdrawal per day | €1,000 or equivalent | Terms 6.13 |
| Maximum withdrawal per month | €10,000 or equivalent | Terms 6.13 |
| Requests | One pending per method; one per 24 hours | Terms |
| Processing | Usually up to 3 banking days | Terms |
| Own-money turnover | Bets at least equal to the last deposit | Terms 6.5 |
| Maximum winnings | €100,000 per calendar day | Terms 5.7 |
The daily winnings cap and the daily withdrawal cap are different rules: a single day's winnings can exceed what you may withdraw that day, so a big balance comes out in several payments within the monthly limit. The terms say "or equivalent", which is why NZD accounts should check the converted limits in the cashier.
Depositing Without Surprises
According to the FAQ, the minimum deposit depends on the method and is shown on the Deposit page. Most deposits are credited instantly and MadCasino charges no fee, though your bank, card issuer or crypto network may. Every card, wallet or bank account you use must be in your own name; company accounts and other people's cards are not accepted, and paying with them can void the deposit along with any winnings. Planning to use a bonus? Claim its step in Promotions first, then pay. For crypto, copy the wallet address shown at that moment and send exactly the coin and network displayed, because old addresses may no longer be valid.
Account Rules That Affect Payments
- No chargebacks. Asking your bank to claw back a deposit counts as a breach and can end the account.
- No VPN. Masking where you are breaks the terms; the account can be blocked and the balance held.
- Errors are corrected. Funds credited in error have to be reported, and the casino will take them back.
- Refunds. Money you have played with is not returned. Only an unused deposit made by mistake, a duplicate payment or an unauthorised transaction qualifies for a review, and it must be reported to support@madcasino.io within 24 hours; investigations take up to seven business days.
Payment Questions from New Zealand
Can I deposit with POLi at MadCasino?
POLi is not among the payment logos MadCasino shows. The site displays Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Bitcoin and other crypto, and the FAQ mentions e-wallets and bank transfer. The exact list depends on your country and account currency, so check the cashier after logging in before planning a deposit.
Why is my withdrawal still pending?
Three banking days is the usual processing time, but KYC checks, public holidays and payment-provider delays can stretch it. Check that your documents are approved, no bonus is active and your bets at least equal your last deposit. Since the casino takes a single request every 24 hours, cancelling only resets the clock.
Do I need KYC before depositing?
No. The full check is triggered by your first withdrawal request, by lifetime deposits above €2,000 or by a transaction that looks suspicious. Sending ID, selfie and proof of address in advance still pays off: the review needs roughly 48 hours, and leaving it until cash-out time pushes your first payout back.
Does MadCasino charge fees on withdrawals?
Not according to its FAQ, which says the casino adds no fees of its own to deposits or withdrawals. Third parties can still charge: your bank, card issuer, e-wallet or the crypto network, and with a euro account the conversion back to New Zealand dollars changes the final amount. Compare what your provider charges before picking how to be paid.
