If your account ends up in euro, your bank converts every deposit and withdrawal from New Zealand dollars and may add a foreign transaction fee, so the bonus you receive in euro can cost a little more than it looks.

The 777% headline is the sum of five separate matches. Step one has the highest percentage and the lowest cap; step four has the largest cap.
